Job Description

The Landpower network is a leading provider of agricultural machinery enjoying brand partnerships which span more than 30 years with premium European manufacturers including CLAAS, JCB and Amazone. Our dealerships are seeking experienced Workshop Service Managers to join their teams. The successful candidates will be tasked with managing and motivating one of our small but committed service teams, achieving all service KPI’s including revenue targets and growing our customer base whilst providing exceptional support to customer service & sales as needed.


We are looking for applicants who can demonstrate:



  • 3+ years experience in managing a workshop with an agricultural machinery focus or similar;

  • Qualifications in Diesel / Heavy Machinery servicing;

  • Experience at developing and implementing workshop management systems;

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills; and

  • A proven record with regard to people management and enhancing and growing business opportunities.
